Milana
Swim Instructor & Administration
Milana is a Psychology and Computer Science student at the University of British Columbia with a lifelong love of water that began as a child. Her father’s enthusiasm for swimming inspired her, and she aims to instill that same passion in the families she instructs. Since 2018, she has been teaching swimming and joined our team in 2021.
Milana holds certifications like Bronze Cross and Aquatic Emergency Care and is committed to creating a safe and comfortable learning environment for children and their families.

Kira
Swim Instructor & Curriculum Creator
Kira is an elementary school teacher and swim instructor with five years of experience of teaching children to swim. Her goal is to help parents and children build confidence in the water, ensuring each lesson is a positive experience.
Kira’s love for swimming began in her childhood, spending summers at a small-town community pool. She is excited to share her passion for swimming with as many families as possible.

Emma
Swim Instructor
Emma is a fourth-year Creative Writing student at the University of British Columbia, currently studying abroad in Australia. She grew up in the pool, participating in water polo, swim team, and synchronized swimming, and has cherished memories of her time in the water.
Emma became a lifeguard and swim instructor to share her love for swimming with future generations, aspiring to inspire young swimmers just as her own instructors inspired her.
