It all started when a young mom taught her babies to swim.

Watermellow was born from a simple idea: every baby deserves a gentle, nurturing introduction to the water—starting right at home.

When founder Kaylee launched watermellow in 2020, the world was changing. K&K Swim School, her business, was forced to take a pause due to the pandemic. Parents were looking for safe ways to introduce their little ones to swimming, and traditional lessons weren’t accessible. So, we reimagined swim lessons—not in a pool, but in the comfort of your own home, with you as your baby’s guide.

Watermellow isn’t just about teaching babies to swim. It’s about connection, confidence, and discovery. Built on the same thoughtful approach as K&K Swim School, watermellow adapted the curriculum—designed by our founder, Kaylee—to be used at home.

Our program is designed for babies as young as 3 weeks old, starting in the bathtub and gradually transitioning to the pool. Every step of the way, parents and caregivers play an essential role, learning to gently support their baby’s natural abilities in the water, just like in-person lessons. Our online resources, video guides, and expert support empower families to create meaningful, water-filled moments from the very beginning.

Because the best swim teacher your baby will ever have—is you.

Welcome to watermellow. Let’s dive in, together.
